So, about 5 years ago I used to bike about 10 miles a day (or more), and noticed no real change in my digestion.
But now I'm 35 and biking 13 miles a day, and I feel like I'm either constantly dehydrated (I drink a TON of water and tea!) or not eating the right things. A month in I started waking up with a light headache and a sensitive stomach, and even my eyes felt dry.
I'm not sick all the time, but I'll say in a TMI sense, my digestive process has...sped up and seems a bit more intense. Is this normal?
What do you recommend as far as food fuel?
