Free Cookbook; Reading book

Hi ladies, gentlemen, and Administrator.

As a regular reader of, I've signed up to receive a free vegan cookbook by emailing the Founder/Publisher. If you wish to read more about it here's the link. However, the first 300 will receive the book by mail. It was just posted yesterday afternoon. I can't wait for it to arrive. I'm hoping for treats to help me on my rides without stuffing caffiened and sugar gu's into my system.

In addition, I'm reading French Women Don't Get Fat, by Murielle Guiliano. Wow! What a book. Lots of recipes and advice. I've returned to my favorite cheese: Brie! Visit your local library or bookstore for this one, it's a keeper.

A real woman...needs and eats real food.
