Free Cookbook; Reading book

Hi ladies, gentlemen, and Administrator.

As a regular reader of Healthnewsdigest.com, I've signed up to receive a free vegan cookbook by emailing the Founder/Publisher. If you wish to read more about it here's the link. However, the first 300 will receive the book by mail. It was just posted yesterday afternoon. I can't wait for it to arrive. I'm hoping for treats to help me on my rides without stuffing caffiened and sugar gu's into my system.

Here's the link: http://healthnewsdigest.com/news/article_1643.shtml

In addition, I'm reading French Women Don't Get Fat, by Murielle Guiliano. Wow! What a book. Lots of recipes and advice. I've returned to my favorite cheese: Brie! Visit your local library or bookstore for this one, it's a keeper.

A real woman...needs and eats real food.

Happy eating.
