Recovery & endurance training?
so I have heard that for recovery or endurance rides to have an effect, you must perform the required time.
Can anyone:
a) explain why this is the case (or not as the case may be)
b) is the duration fixed, or linked to the time/intensity of other riding in some way?
Also can anyone point me in the direction of some more in depth info about the bodies response to training stimuli?
