Low Glucose?

I get extremely irritable/anxious sometimes and have found that if I eat something it hugely helps. This is usually worst on say a Sunday where I haven’t really eaten anything that day but consumed tons of calories the night before or after a morning workout where I haven’t eaten yet. A friend of mine who is a diabetic mentioned that I may breakdown glucose very fast and that I need up my carb load. This sound right to any of you?
I have dealt with this most of my life but would love to figure out how to regulate this- It is not fun getting so anxious. Thanks.

You don't really sound all that abnormal. Be careful of a hypoglycemia diagnosis, it's was one of those 'fashionable' diseases not that long ago and about everyone had it.
