getting back

I've been off the bike two years, no running either, just walking. What's the best way to get back to the shape I was in two years ago? (expert class mountain biking, 1:08 sprint tri, etc.) I've never been so out of shape and it sucks. I want to get in shape quick, but not get injured. Any ideas?
