Have you heard of pubmed?

I just thought I would introduce everyone (who doesn't know about it) to pubmed.com.

Will stretching and massage alleviate DOMS?

Will super-slow reps build muscle or strength faster than a traditional cadence?

Should you try a high protein/low carb diet?

Will ************ really make you go blind?

All these questions and more can be answered through simple pubmed searches.
