I see a six-pack forming!

Wife spotted it. Down to 197lbs. (@6').

Calves look as big as my quads now too, which is wierd.

Lots o' crunches combined with massive running miles+vegetarian lifestyle.

Down to 197 today. Water weight loss sucks cause now I gotta drink another 1/2 gallon of water for safety since I'm not sure where I'm sitting hyration-wise...

...which means I have a bit o' water gut until I wake up to run in the 89+ degree morning temps here

Congrats!!
The other day, I thought that I had found a lump...a really sinister lump. Thank God it was only a rib...haven't seen those in a while.

Hahaha....and those lumps down the middle of your back?

I can't get that six pack look because I'm kind of short-waisted,so no matter how many crunches I do it doesn't happen. However, I do see some definition and I can feel the muscles if I flex. It doesn't bother me at all that I can't see a six-pack, i know I have good muscle tone.
