On a normal basis now, I've caught myself (about every 3 days) having to break from my normal 2-3 hour pattern of 300 calories. I eat from 6 a.m. - midnight mostly. What that means is that I eat around 7 times a day, roughly 2,100 calories.
About every third day, I find that I've been having some issues, and falling into this pattern:
6 a.m. - banana (200 calories)
8 a.m. - GoLean (250 calories)
noon - wrap (about 300 calories)
2 p.m. - lasagna or hotdogsx2(vegeterian) (300 calories)
5 p.m. - another wrap and a PBJ on multigrain wheat (about 600 calories combined)
9 p.m. - banana (200 calories)
midnight - GoLean (250 calories)
*anotation* a wrap is a custom deal, made by me.
w/ hot mustard sauce
Its so big, you have to hold it like a taco, but its all veggies, and damn good.
Anyhow, the point was, does anybody else find themselves eating sporadic like this occassionally? Is it bad really?
