peaking
i know peaking generally means a cyclist is in top form. it's amazing to me how pros can determine exactly when they're going to peak. i remember reading an article about cunego and he said he planned to peak 2 weeks into the giro. so, this makes me think there are some definite measures to when someone peaks. is it a comparsion based on past performance? watts produced? interval strength? how do pros know they are peaking?
