Knee Pain

Hey Guys,

After riding the STP this weekend (200 miles) I have quite a bit of pain in both of my knees around the tops of my kneecaps. I was wondering what the possible causes of pain in this area are. I do pronate and it has been awhile since I have had my orthotics checked (maybe a possible alignment issue). Any pointers or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Seat possibly too high. Could be a million other fit factors or physiological problems.

What is the best way to go about narrowing down the possibilities?
