Ok I'm going to try planning some meals and if you guys are up to it then let me know what you think of the. Also maybe some alternatives.
Breakfast - Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Water, and Multi-vitamin
Lunch - Soy Burger w/cheese, buffalo chips (basically french fries), and water
Dinner - Pasta with spagetti sauce, 2 slices bread, and water.
This is what I am planning for tommorrow (lunch is at a resturant with a professor so alternatives are a bit harder to come by...breakfast and lunch are good though). I figure I can do this daily and after a few days I should have a good pool of suggestions from you guys to build a solid shopping and eating regimen.
Or if you think the idea is lame then just let me know ...all opinions are accepted.
