my 14,000 revolution knee
My left knee is good for 14,000 revolutions (3.5 hours) then the tendons supporting it start to hurt... the IT band, which I know how to stretch and self-massage, but also the tendon behind the knee.
How do you stretch the tendon BEHIND the knee, at the very top of the calf muscle?

check your cleat position - they may be too far back making you stretch your IT band too much. at least this was my case about a year ago.
