Riding makes me hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK so I love doing these 35-50 mile rides before work. One because I love to ride, & two to loose some lbs. The problem is that when I ride like this I want to eat eveything in site for the rest of the day. Do you have any tips or ideas that would allow me to ride like an animal without eating like one for the rest of the day?

1. Eat during the ride. Start with 200 calories of carbs per hour and see how you do.
2. Don't ride hard. Hard efforts burn through your stored glycogen, and your body wants to replace them ASAP.
