Suggestions needed for quieting hunger pangs?

Not focusing on loosing weight, but wouldn't mind dropping 10 to 15 pounds. The problem is the harder I ride, the hungier I am the next day about lunch time.

Is it increasing protein, fat or what? Looking for real life advice.
