Endurex Tabs Or Epovar ??
I'm fairly new to road cycling and I'm looking to get the most out of my training. My lactate threshold has always been low even when I was a teen and highly active in sports. I know how to train to improve my LT but I was wondering if anyone has tried any suppliments on the market to "improve" the lactate threshold and overall endurance when training. I have looked at 2 products....Endurex (tabs not drink) as well as EPOVAR made be Fizogen. Can anyone help me out with this?
