OTC Cold Medications and Riding

I don't usually take cold meds that often because they make me feel buzzy and lightheaded. I took two Tylenol Sinus tabs to try to knock out this cold I've had for two days now. I want to ride tomorrow morning but I'm not quite sure about how to handle the next-day effects of the meds. I usually do 20-30 solo miles on Sunday but I'm not sure if I need to drink extra water (Gatorade) or eat differently because of the pills. Any practical help would be appreciated.

Thank You,
Patrick

NOTE: I commuted today and the to-work and from-work rides were the only two times I've had full use of both nostrils (albeit running like faucets but at least they weren't epoxied shut like they are now ).
