Ok, everything in moderation, 'kay? I like to party, and that's what got me into trouble with my massive weight gain the past 10-years. So... I'm riding a lot more to make up for it!
One thing I do notice though is that with the knowledge and experience from my previous training, I'm getting a lot faster results this time. I used to have a yo-yo effect with my weight over the holidays every single year. Would gain 5-10 lbs over Thanksgiving and another 5-10 lbs over Christmas break. Then in Jan-Feb. I'd have to train furiously in order to lose it by the season-opener. This time around, I'm not pigging out as much so I can keep the weight-loss continuous... since Jan-2004.
