Hello! I'm a 26 year old Mtn Biker, and i'm already thinking in my next season.
In my town there are regular winter races. I would like to know if it is possible to train aerobicly and cross-training during week, and race some weeekends whithout geting burned, and still get a good base for next season. Someone told me that racing in winter is good to mantain anaerobic gains. Is that true, or should i only do LSD till January?
