Ok, decided I need to work on the engin this year, so what do you use for training resources: applications, tools, url's?

Ideal would include:

1. lower, or no, cost

2. easy to follow nutrition plan with at least these details
-- calories
-- vitamin breakout
-- mineral breakout
-- ammino breakouts
-- auto calculation of percent of goal
-- large database of foods
-- ability to update database of foods

Don't need: training log as will use spreadsheet, but do need:
-- stretching exercises, with illustrations
-- tools to set realistic exercise goals
-- minimum hours/week to have improvement
-- minimum miles/week to show improvement

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
