I want to lose hopefully around 20 pounds by june....no MAY damit!!
I've never really done any serious weight training and I need alot of help. That personal online trainer on bicycling.com seems interesting......but is it any good?
Let me know and if its ok I will sign up tommorow.
Thanks.

I have not seen it.
But if your looking for help to lose weight, i highly recomend www.fitday.com
Track what you eat, every bite. And its free. Takes a few minutes a day to update and will without a doubt help to lose weight.
Use as an addition to any other online/offline resources.
Knowing exactly how many calories you are eating each day can be a real eye opener, and incentive to eat good food for the calories you have budgeted.

But I know that besides diet and riding my bike that I'm gonna need some weight training. But I just need to find some help without spending alot of money for a real trainer. :|

Do you mean your own personal trainer? You can usually join your local fitness club for about 6 months and get a trainer that works there to design a workout program for your own personal needs without paying a fortune (around 250 bucks or so). This is a lot less than those people that are paying $30 a week for mail-order TV dinners.
