Training season?

When do you racers usually start up your training program for the next season? Or do you never take a break?

While I haven't raced in a few years my pre-season has already started. November 1st was supposed to be my "official" start date but I just couldn't keep myself from going out for a few rides.

This is the year for the big comeback...(seems I've heard those words before...)
