Some training exercises?

Due to school work and cold weather, I dont get to ride mcuh. Besides a trainer, what are some good indoor exercises to get stronger and to build up stamina for the riding season?

Skipping, Jumping jacks...sheesh long sex...Running on the spot...thats it for me.
