Hip lifts alternative
Hi
I'm following the program in "Weight training for cyclists" and I almost hate the "Hip lifts" exercise it's soo boring and takes a long time to finish. Is there a great alternative or a way to speed this exercise up. I can see that in Power building weeks I should do the exercise 15 min. zzzzz ;-)
