is my lifestyle the culprit?

In addition to my other thread at https://www.bikeforums.net/training-nutrition/176861-training-dillemma.html, i began to think that maybe my lifestyle problem is what made me unable to perform and rest well. I dont live a normal life, honestly. I work part-time at night until 2-3am and wake up around 11pm-12pm. So, it is safe to say that skipped my breakfast most of the time. In fact, i only take 2 meals per day(although, sometimes, i eat some snacks on midnight during/after my working hours). I think just because i skipped the breakfast, no wonder i cant gain weight....
