I need a plan!!
Help!! I need to put together a training plan. Am coming off my strongest year of cycling, have probably averaged four days on the bike per week since February, and have been racing cyclocross since October, so I have good fitness right now...and I do not want to lose it due to the cold and lack of sunlight. I have the Chris Charmichael book but I need a plan that will carry me through the winter, and one that will incorporate two days of swimming. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
