So I had my zones tested and I'm quite happy. I went from buying a Heart Monitor last year to being of above average fitness this year.
So... I'm 5' 6" 68kg male.
My observed MHR is 186 and my RHR is 46
AT = 166
VO2 Max = 62.3mL/kg/min
Zone 1 = 133-148 (much higher than I thought)
Zone 2 = 148-156
Zone 3 = 156-166
Zone 4 = 166-171
Zone 5 = 171-??
We didn't reach MHR, and the max I've seen on a bike is 176. The legs just give out but I'm not yet puking so I know I'm not there yet.
