training advice needed, 1st race in 3 wks...
Hi, I am going to try a local MTB race in Germany. The race is 28k, 9 laps on a course I've never seen. I have been riding for about a year and I think I'm in pretty good shape. The race is on Aug. 5 and I'd like to make the most of the next 3 weeks without over doing it and burning out. I'd don't expect to get sprayed with champagne, I'd just like to do as well as I can. Any advice or maybe some info on where I could find a clue? I know how vague this may seem but I really am that clueless about this. Thanks!
