Hello all again,
I had something wierd happen yesterday and I was wondering if this is something normal for a new or returning rider or if it is unique...
Sunday was my first day back on the bike, and I rode 27 miles. Tuesday night I rode 20 miles, kind of easy but a workout. I also worked Monday and Tuesday nights, at a not so sit down job (making pizzas ). Wednesday at work I was REAL latargic, weak, like I would not move fast... everything was really slow. I am not sure what the problem was but I went home and just crashed in bed, and slept for 12 hours. I have been getting 8 hours a night previously.
I have a wierd feeling this is a hormonal issue (personal, not normal) but then this really never happened when I was racing! Ideas?
