'homemade' sports drink?!

A while back I read about a 'homemade' sports drink (ie gatorade substitute) made with unsweetened kool-aid packet, sea salt, honey, etc... but that's all I remember about it. Does anyone have this recipe or a link to the thread? (used search to no avail)

Thank you

Thanks--I was looking for the same information, and that recipe looks good (and easy!).

thank you, this looks like what I was looking for...

...another question, though; would it be wise to substitute honey for the sugar and sea-salt for table salt for the electrolyte benifits?!
