Agave Nectar
I was digging through my fridge & noticed that agave nectar is similar to commercial gel in calories & carbs. The main difference being agave nectar is around 90% fructose & it's cheaper. Do you think this could be a good alternative to gels or do you think the fructose would be too slow to digest? I may try on a shorter ride & see what happens.

Everything I've read says that too much fructose will bomb your stomach on a long ride
