Here is what got me from size 40 to size 34.
Breakfast is always Oatmeal with fresh fruit. Coffee.
Lunch and Dinner is always grilled Fish or Chicken plus Veggies.
My Vice is good red wine.
Absolutely no fried food, no ice-cream, pasta, bread, potatoes, beer, hard liquor, gravy, spices, soda.
I am training about 50 miles/day and can now eat some of the forbidden things.
