My HRmax is 200 & my age is 18

I'm training between 25,000-30000 km/year

Is this good for me or not ? if no what is the true?

are you racing?
Do you train very hard, and if so, how hard and how often?

yes I'm racing every week one race between 80 to 120 km

and training between 40 to 60 km nearlly (in my club)

but in (federation) it is between 80 to 200 km per-day

about training very hard >> no but I reach to my HRmax in the race every week.
