Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor Question

Will the Polar F6 HRM record a max HR above the programed max ???

Yes.

But - if you look at your Zone numbers totals , it will not include below or above.

Example. My HR Zone is 131 -145. (I'm 59). Say I hit a HR of 174 (seen that as a max). It shows Max = 174, Time in Zone ONLY when HR is 131 - 145.

Thank you. I'd say my max hr calculations are pretty much dead on as my HRM has never recorded a higher HR than my calculated max.
