    Went to a Spinning Class tonight

    All I can say is Holy Workout Batman!!!
    My 250lb fat butt, was heaving while trying to keep up with the rest. Oh man "out of the seat high resitance" can hurts my fat cells!!

    I hope I can keep doing this, because there can't be a better way to get 45 minutes of that kind of workout pressure cycling alone.

    If you haven't tried this before - check it out sometime.

    Dam right you get a good workout - in a hot, sweaty room with a bunch of other people and a leader! It sure is an experience.

    i went to my first spinning class last week too... damn that hurt when they go out of the saddle.. I thought i was in good shape going into it too.. time to hit those all winter

    As soon as I figure out and recover from my calf pain, I'm going to try a few at my new gym.

    I'm seeing a girl who teaches an advanced spin class, and she wants me to come to her class. She says "oh you are a cyclist, you'll be fine... all you have to do is maintain 130rpms for a couple of minutes, thats the only hard part, you should already be used to the saddle part"



    So I'm going to sneak into some beginner classes at my gym before being humiliated in her class.
