Other sites?

Hi,
Do any of you visit any other sites on the web for health/fitness/nutrition/wellness information, and if so, can you pass along any recommendations?

thanks,

KR

Have a look over my Links: http://www.machka.net/links.htm

The UltraMarathon Cycling Association link is particularly useful, and then further down I've got a section of health and nutrition, etc. links.

Active.com usually has a well-rounded assortment of articles. Ultrafit.com is good too, they send out a monthly newsletter with good articles (as does active.com)

I spend most of my time at www.coachlevi.com though, but that's because it's my site
