What can I do to change up the workout on my rollers? I'm getting bored with just spinning.

If you put your bike in a high gear, you can get a decent enough workout. You'll be flying on the rollers, though.
I like to use my roller time to work on perfect spin (which has started to bore you), and balancing skills. Try to learn to ride the roller no-handed, or learn to stand up while you ride them. If you're REALLY good, try one-legged pedaling on the rollers.
