Fat free coffee creamer

The label says 0 sugars, 0 fats and only 10 calories.
My question is this. The first ingredient is water but the second is Corn Syrup Solids. How can that be with 0 sugars? I thought corn syrup was all sugar? Are the Fat Free creamers ok or should I just stick to skim milk? I drink A LOT of coffee so it may matter in the long run in helping to keep my weight in check.

Just less than 0.5g sugars so they can round down, same deal with the fat. Furthermore, corn syrup solids may be a complex carbohydrate so they don't have to call it sugar. The "solids" part also shows what crap this stuff is made from. It's the crud they filter out of the corn syrup.

Stick with milk.

Anybody ever try whey protein as coffee creamer? Just an idea I had; never done it personally.

i can't drink those non-dairy creamers... i used it at a kosher restaurant. They really upset my stomach. I'd suck at being kosher!

In the meantime, considering how much cream one uses in coffee, just use cream and don't worry about it. Or try evaporated milk! I use it a lot because cream is kind of expensive. I find that it's very rich and creamy but does have much less fat and works just as well as cream in coffee.
