Carmichael training camp

Has anyone attended one of these camps? Would it be appropriate for a 55 year old rider with the need for speed?

Thanks

I've attended two of them. They were great, you felt like you were on a pro team. They coached in small groups and gave lots of pointers on all aspects of cycling. At first it was information overload, but then things started to make sence. I had a great time there and learned a lot of valuable skills and information.
