I discovered a new "power gel."
Those little square fast-food jellies and jams you get for biscuits work prettly good on the road! Just peel and eat (or lick-and-suck.)
My sister, the nutrition guru, would probably warn me about the dangers...

Just don't keep it around the house for "snacks".
When I don't ride and eat that stuff too often, it goes straight to my waistline. And I'm trying very hard to get back my "boyish" figure.
I lost it somewhere several decades ago. :blush:
