New Cross training program?

Man loses 9 lbs playing with the Wii. I think this is a good trend in video games. I have never had video games in my house for my daughter to play since it keeps kids from being active. Nice to know that at least there are options for physical activity when purchasing video games.

Well, it sure beats the other options I guess.
I never got into the whole gaming thing, save for a brief period when I was about twelve. I guess a lot of folks never grow out of it these days so it's nice that the Wii provides at least some degree of exercise.
But it still all seems pretty hokey to me when you can go outside and do real activities and have just as much fun, if not more, and not be plastered to the f-ing TV all the time.
No Wii for me (or my wee kids)...

Dance Dance Revolution, is also an active video craze that people have lost weight with. Bought it for my boyfriends son for x-mas. Teaches a lot of different dances and gets the blood flowing.
