Where to fit in weights to work out?
Im curious what days you guys hit the gym.
My schedule is usually, seeing how you typically cant do tempo work after weights.
Monday - Rest day
Tuesday - High speed short miles (30)
Wednesday - Some light leg work in the gym no bike
Thursday - High speed short miles (30)
Friday - Off
Saturday - Long mile (80)
Sunday - Shorter slow miles (30-40) then hit the gym hard at night.
My problem is I skipped my sunday workout and went to the gym monday instead now im not sure whether to ride the intensity ride tonight or take it easy, I have a race saturday and want to have fresh legs for it. any suggestions?
Should I do my intensity ride, knowing I might not be able to keep up with the group tonight and take it easy until saturday?
