How do you get the most out of your HR?
This is my first full bike season whereby I have been closely monitoring HR. My question to my friends out there is how best to utilize the Accurex II. One of the reasons I love to cycle is that I am a data junky. I love gathering my data after a ride and logging it since the majority of the time my rides are done on my own it gives me something tangible to view. Anyways, I just wanted to see how best to incorporate the accurex into my rides. I posted a thread on how best to improve on my speed and the general response has been to work on intervals. The lap timer on the accurex, can it be utilized for this? I have never used this feature. Also how do my fellow riders utilize there monitors to get the most out of them? It would be a shame to spend the money on these monitors only to use the high/low and in zone features. Anything unique about these monitors that I might be missing? Also, has anyone had the chance to see the new S series from Polar. They are virtually impossible to get up here in Toronto. Anyone know where you could find one? Thanks again...
