Sigma HRMs

I see on Sigma's website that they have digital HRMs. Anyone have experience with them? What do you think? Also, Sigma doesn't list suggested retail. Anyone have any ideas what the prices are?

Check out Nashbar (bikenashbar.com). I see a sigma on that site on sale for $49.95. I think generally sigmas are cheaper than polars.

FWIW, on any HRM find out if you can change the batteries. My Sports Instruments HRM has to be sent back to the factory for a battery change in the watch. At the suggestion of someone on this forum, I took it to my local jeweler and they wouldn't touch it. Costs $15 and a 72 hr. turn around to have it done. My next HRM will be another brand.

Thanks. Battery-change: that's exactly why I'm considering a Sigma.

BTW, I did a google search and found a site with prices. A sample size of 1 isn't great, but, better than nothing. Next, I'll go to my LFS (local fitness shop) and chat with them. They said they don't carry them but can order one for me.
