Tuna Salad Recipe - THANK YOU BIONERD76!!
A few weeks ago I saw the following recipe for tuna posted. Thank you Bionerd76 for this recipe, I have been eating this since I saw it and my god is it delicious, and much healthier then using mayo with tuna. Thanks for posting this.

1 can tuna
1/8 of an apple finely diced
1-2 T. balsamic vinegar
1T. Honey mustard
2 6" celery sticks diced
Pinch of pepper
Mix all together and serve w/ celery stick, between whole wheat bread, or eat by itself!

MMMMM!! What do you do with the other 7/8 of the apple? I suppose just eat it.
One nice thing about this is that it has no carbs, so you could have the apple and some WW bread with it to balance it out.
There's also no fat, so you could eat a few nuts or olives to add flavor and nutrition. I wonder how it would be with the nuts and/or olives chopped and added to the tuna mixture?

I'm thinking some toasted almonds or cashews....
I know the raw ones are healthier, blah blah blah. I'm just thinking about flavor!

I bet the cashews would be good mixed in. I eat the rest of the apple and I use the tuna on WW bread then eat the rest out of the bowl.

I make tuna-salad just by cooking up pasta, then mixing it in with Tuna, Spring-Onions, Celery, and Corn. Tastes pretty good, can be eaten hot or cold, and doesn't have any bad-things in it. I suppose i could always add apple to it, but i love the way it tastes.
