respectfully, no. it's almost a given that it'll have too much sodium, maybe a bunch of transfat and certainly include processed ingredients.

I hear that the trader joes ones aren't too bad, or at least they are all natural. I have yet to check them out though.

You can't really go wrong with Trader Joe's.

At regular supermarkets, I like Amy's Enchiladas. The no meat / cheese one is pretty good for you too.

- yep, they're pretty good... i always keep some in the pantry... especially during hurricane season, as they can also be heated via a pan of hot water... i like the palek paneer...

- but my favorite is homemade cashew curry: a dollop of cashew butter, red curry powder, coconut milk, basil, mushrooms... heat and serve over rice...

- yum!

Amy's. They're probably the core of my diet these busy days. Everthing's good, I especially like their lasagna, enhiladas, and pizzas.

ingredients: potato, your favorite seasonings.

poke potato with a fork, microwave at 90% for about 4 min. (microwave times will vary)

cut open with knife, and add seasonings (maybe a small amount of butter, pinch of kosher salt, black pepper, a dollop of fat-free sour cream, and red pepper flakes do it for me)

enjoy!

I like the Trader Joe chicken bowls w/ rice.. They are 400 calories and pretty filling.. All frozen foods have quite a bit of sodium..

Also Kashi Entrees. A little high in sodium, though. Amy's is good. I will try to remember to get more next time we hit Whole Foods or Wegman's.
