Am I still bonking?
So I recently lost about 13 lbs int he period of about 21 weeks. so not all that rapidly. I went for a ride the other night only about 20 miles, but it was ALL hills, so it was pretty tough. I came home and felt ok, but yesterday i was totally drained a felt a bit lightheaded and spacy, and today a little bit as well.
Is this maybe a nutrition thing? I eat pretty well and consume roughly 1800 calories/day
I'm 23 years old and male at 147 lbs. It might help to note yesterday i gorged and ate about 3000 calories trying to make myself feel better, but it didn't help much. After the ride I should have probably eaten more, I only had maybe 400 calories after. Making for about 1600 for that day.
Whats up with me? Am I dieting/exercising too hard? I don't think so?
