Just did my first MS150 Houston to Austin. Two days after I am having carpol tunnel systoms in my left wrist. Anyone else had this, and what did you do?

On your off-time use a Dynaflex,it's a gyroscope-ball thing.years ago it was sold as a Dynabee in the 80's. A few sites sell Dynas at different prices, even for the same models;the lesser ones cost 12 bucks, don't bother,go for the 15 to 20 dollar ones. It's nearly impossible to explain how they work but they do.They're a blast to play with, stengthen your wrists, are relaxing AND a favorite rehabiltaton tool with Chiros. and sports, ostios. specialists.etc. Even if it doesn't help(which it will) a great over-all therepy.
