Cycling and Allergies. How do you cope?

I have food allergies to all kinds of common food, including bananas, processed sugar (sucrose), corn including corn syrup and HFCS, nuts, dairy, citrus fruits, etc. This eliminates most power bars and drinks, so refuelling on a ride becomes a problem. For those people with similar allergies, how do you cope?
