This is probably obvious to everyone, but fwiw... I have found that with any poor tasting protein/recovery type powders, even a very small amount of frozen berries (blue, straw, rasp, whatever is on sale in bulk at costco) really goes a long way in making it palatable. My favorite recovery drink is a little shy of the 4:1 ratio, so the extra carbs even come in handy.
