Not sure I did this correctly

So in my attempt to loose that last flab around mid area I thought I would see how much I eat.
So today I rode hour and a half (then my chain exploded, and I walked for 3 miles...). I also went to indian restaurant, Where I had two pita bread, couple helpings of white rice (about 3-4 scoops), some chicken pieces in gravy and salad. Then I filled out a form at calorie-count, I was somewhat generous on it. It still said I only burned about 2k calories. I would say this is representative of what I usually eat (minus the restaurant visit). Although usually I have more during dinner then lunch. Sad thing is I am slowly gaining weight back up since I got back from Europe. I ride about 11 hours a week. Rides are of different intensity.
So here what I filled out. I don't know something is wrong somewhere.

More like bored. Found a website and thought I would play around with it. You often see recomendations along the lines of "cut your callorie intake by 200-300 callories". Question is how would you do that? One way is to keep track of food you eat on regular bases then cut out one thing. Another is something like what that website provides. So I figured I see how easy it is to do. I always wondered how much I eat a day.
It has very comprehensive nutrition information, so most stuff you eat you can find there. What I learned is if someone wants to do it they either need to keep a log and enter values at the end of the day, or enter them soon after they eat. Because it's easy to forget all those small snacks, etc. Also small research needs to be done on portions. For exmaple what exactly does "two table spoons" mean? Is it with top removed, or with some top. Another alternative is to have scales, but thats kind of going overboard. Overall not really my thing, but it was fun to try it.
